This privacy policy applies to the Color Harmony Calc app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Ao Cake Inc. (collectively, the “Application”). Ao Cake Inc. is referred to below as the “Service Provider”.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of normal network connectivity, but that data is not retained or used for tracking by the Service Provider.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
No. The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not share such application data with third parties.
What are my opt-out rights?
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes it from your device. If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider by another means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting ethan.mcleod.mmm@gmail.com.
Data Retention
Color Harmony Calc does not maintain an account system or server-side personal-data profile for ordinary use of the Application. Any palette or preference information stored locally by the Application remains on the device unless the user removes it through the Application, clears the Application's storage, or uninstalls the Application.
If you voluntarily send personal information to the Service Provider outside normal app use—for example, in an email—the information may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations.
Data Deletion
Local Application data can be removed by using any available in-app deletion controls, clearing the Application's local storage through the device settings, or uninstalling the Application. Since the Service Provider does not receive or store this local Application data, it cannot remotely delete information that exists only on your device.
To request deletion of information that you voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, email ethan.mcleod.mmm@gmail.com and identify the information you want deleted. The Service Provider will process valid deletion requests subject to any information that must be retained under applicable law.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children's data is not collected by the Application itself. If personal information is voluntarily provided through other means by a person under the applicable age threshold, a parent or guardian must provide any consent required by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of such data is limited. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for the systems and information it controls.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, a breach affecting Application-held personal data is unlikely. If a breach occurs involving personal data that you voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, the Service Provider will provide notice where required by applicable law.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page together with an updated effective date. Where applicable law requires consent before a material change takes effect, the Service Provider will seek that consent.

Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
